Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Partner Relations & Marketing Manager to lead and expand our strategic relationships with technology vendors and channel partners. In this hybrid strategic- role, you’ll act as a key liaison between vCloud Tech and our OEM and distributor network, ensuring alignment on enablement initiatives, co-selling programs, marketing support, and incentive optimization. The Marketing manager will develop, implement, and oversee digital and field marketing programs that drive sales goals and vendor initiatives. You will collaborate with internal sales executives and channel partners to produce leads, create brand awareness, and achieve measurable ROI through multi- channel marketing campaigns, events, and co-marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage day-to-day relationships with vendor and distribution partners, including onboarding, engagement, and sales alignment.
  • Create joint go-to-market strategies and business plans with key vendors.
  • Work with internal sales teams to align vendor solutions with client requirements and deal approaches.
  • Leverage vendor-related enablement via webinars, training sessions, certifications, and content refresh.
  • Manage deal registrations, rebate submissions, and incentive program participation.
  • Work with marketing to implement co-branded campaigns and manage MDF (market development funds).
  • Find and pursue opportunities for onboarding new vendor partnerships and negotiating deals.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs for partner performance, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution.
  • Keep abreast of market competition and vendor-specific benefits.
  • Develop and implement targeted B2B marketing campaigns via email, paid media, webinars, events, and social media.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to co-develop campaigns, secure MDF dollars, and report ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales organizations to align marketing with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Manage content creation for landing pages, product promotion, email workflows, and newsletters.
  • Develop and promote virtual and live events, including product launches, vendor sessions, and tradeshows.
  • Track campaign performance through analytics tools and maximize lead quality and conversion.
  • Maintain company website current, with product pages, partner profiles, and blog posts updated and SEO-optimized.
  • Establish a brand voice that is consistent in marketing materials and communication channels.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B or channel marketing, preferably within IT or tech industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of demand generation, content marketing, and campaign management.
  • Previous experience supporting partner marketing programs.
  • Good knowledge of reseller, VAR, or distribution models.
  • Knowledge of partner portals, MDF tracking systems, and vendor incentive programs.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketing background in IT resellers, MSPs, or system integrators.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Vendor portal and compliance experience for co-branded marketing activities.
  • Graphic design proficiency (Canva, Adobe Suite) a plus.
  • Ability to create reports, dashboards, and executive summaries of partner performance.

Salary Range:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 – $92,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications)
  • Bonus: Unlimited earning potential with recurring performance-based bonuses
