Position Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious Account Executive who can join our team. As an Account Executive, you will engage in developing and sustaining commercial and public-sector client relationships throughout the territory. You’ll act as a trusted advisor who will guide customers in deploying & procuring the IT solutions and services based on their technical requirements and budget.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage day-to-day relationships with vendor and distribution partners, including onboarding, engagement, and sales alignment.
  • Create joint go-to-market strategies and business plans with key vendors.
  • Work with internal teams to align vendor solutions with client requirements.
  • Leverage vendor-related enablement via webinars, training sessions, certifications, and content refresh.
  • Work with marketing to implement co-branded campaigns and manage marketing initiatives in your territory.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs for partner performance, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution.
  • Keep abreast of market competition and vendor-specific benefits.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in direct sales, partner management, or vendor relations in the IT industry.
  • Good knowledge of reseller, VAR, or distribution models.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple customers & partners and deadlines with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Experience with cross-functional, distributed teams (sales, operations, marketing).
  • Knowledge of partner portals and vendor incentive programs.

Salary Range:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 – $92,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications)
  • Commission: Unlimited earning potential with recurring performance-based bonuses
